Aviva is Useless at Providing

Aviva is a unless! When you actually need help, all you get is endless waiting, pointless admin, and zero support. I urgently needed to see a specialist — that's what private insurance is for, right? After nearly an hour on hold, I was told I needed my GP signature, even though it’s a three-week wait. an Aviva digital GP gave me a referral the next day, but Aviva still blocked me. They are quick to collect premiums but vanish when it’s time to deliver. Avoid Aviva if you value your health, your time, or your sanity. Disappointing with Asda Credit Card Process

What a joke! I applied for an Asda credit card and received an email stating my application had been approved, asking me to log in and set up a direct debit. I tried several times, but it kept telling me I already had an account. After two months with no credit card, I contacted Asda to ask for an update. I was told I hadn’t set up the direct debit, and they gave me an email address to resolve the issue. It’s been five days, and they still haven’t read my email. So Asda Money, thank you but NO thanks.
