Digital first savings

Have been with Atom for several years now and love the ease of using the app. Setting up additional fixed savings accounts is easy and it's really straightforward to take action when they mature (it's also easy to change your decision before the maturity date). I also have an instant access account with them. I've found it easy to contact customer services who have helped when I have upgraded my phone and I've needed to verify the app on a new device. Rates are not always the best on the market but seem to exceed others typically on the fixed accounts (have been disappointed to see the erosion in the instant access rate compared to other similar providers such as Tandem).
