What to do with my maturing bond?

I am expecting a bond to mature very soon and wanted to (re) invest it somewhere. I did not want an online only bank, but one where I could talk face to face when necessary. Out of curiosity I walked into Queen Street branch of the Monmouthshire Building society. Shanagh Hicks was very welcoming and took time to find out exactly what I wanted. She was knowledgeable and very friendly. I am not a dinosaur and am computer literate, but it was so refreshing to talk to a person who was willing to help. Reviewed on: 15th July 2024
