Excellent customer service

I have been so impressed by the service I have received at the Didcot Branch since I joined a year ago. I wish I had joined long ago. Vasilka Miles particularly deserves credit --she has explained all options available to me thoroughly , leaving me confident in making the correct decision on both my savings accounts. .
