Online account admin is difficult.

Your online administration of accounts is a mess.I am forever being locked out of my account because I can not remember my "special answer". The reason being is that the question is never provided. Accessing online accounts with Saffron is much harder for customers than with equivalent organisations.I have to phone up to have my account unlocked but teh hours I can phone up are the hours I work (i'm an IT trainer) so i can not answer the phone when a member of Saffron calls to unlock my account.
