Friendly and helpful service.

I spoke to Zoe on the phone today and she was friendly, helpful and patient as I had several transactions to complete. All was sorted very easily and with minimum fuss. Reviewed on: 16th March 2026

Online account

I set up an online account continuing the monthly internal transfer to a savings account, however it hasn’t gone through twice since the account was established. It has been transferred manually from the branch but the idea that it should go automatically was the reason it was set up in the first place. No one has yet explained why this hasn’t happened.
