Poor experience after claim

Had a minor bump, at fault, the week after renewal quote. 20 minutes after advising Caravan Guard they sent a revised renewal quote, tripling the previous one. Not great customer service considering we were upset at the incident and in a foreign country at the time. Chances are any claim will fall within the excess, but they refuse to budget on the quote. Have renewed with a competitor who beat my premium for the last 12 months even without any no claims discount Reviewed on: 17th July 2025

Premium reduced at renewal

Pleasantly surprised that the renewal premium was lower than previous year. Quick look at market found no one near matching the price for the level of cover. Brief chat with customer services to tweak the policy and happy to renew. Reviewed on: 22nd July 2024
