Helpful friendly staff

I use the mobile banking app and it is so simple and easy to use. But if ever I do have a problem there are always friendly helpful staff only a phone call away. I have banked with Barclays for approx. 5 years now and have never had a problem. I can easily keep track of my money with the mobile banking app and it's the best thing I have ever signed up for.
