In July in Germany we had an engine fault light on our motorhome. We rang Caravan guard and the service was wonderful. They advised us to take to a garage and when the garage couldn’t solve the issue Caravan Guard arranged breakdown recovery to a Citroen dealer. They kept us informed, checked we had water, food and that we were safe.they offered a hotel but we decided to stay on the dealers car park as they couldn’t get the parts until the following day. The service we received from Caravan Guard was really reassuring and we were grateful for their advice. they might not be the cheapest insurers but their service is 1st class. On an earlier occasion we needed a stone chip repair to the windscreen. They guided me through the process and gave direct phone numbers , the whole process was simple and seamless.
