Helpful staff. Whenever I call, my questions are answered thoroughly in an easy to understand language. A bit more explanation on the website about all products would be useful e.g. how their lottery operates. Reviewed on: 7th April 2025

The best car insurance company I've dealt with ever.

UK based staff in their call centre who are friendly, engaging , patient and helpful e.g. always try to give me the best price possible They also understand when things go wrong and sort everything out with flexibility. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Newbury BS are fantastic.

Very engaging and helpful customer service from both Connor and Bradley at the Wokingham Branch. Connor really spend time with me explaining everything and ensuring my money would be safe. The only reason I have given 4 stars for the experience is that the process for opening my savings bond was a bit too lengthy considering I am an existing member. Reviewed on: 23rd July 2024
