We have been with Saffron for very many years (when it was Herts &Essex) and have always been pleased with the personal service we receive (sadly lacking in other establishments) The only point we would make on our last visit is that both cashiers (although extremely polite, helpful, etc) were both under training with no one else at the desk with them. If they required assistance they had to leave their posts and go into the back offices. We realise everyone has to start and be trained in a job but it would be better to have at least one qualified assistant at the front at all times Reviewed on: 21st October 2024
