A Good Move

Moved to Triodos when our previous bank began to take us for granted. Their attitude was very much take it or leave it. Telephone support declined in efficiency and respect and it was rare to find someone who knew what they were talking about. Triodos is the reverse. Banking as it should be

I heard about Starling Bank quite by chance and thought I would give them a try. From the very first instant they have been tremendous. Setting up an account was a doddle and they were with me all the way. I was going to give them a three month trial before switching to them but I have been so impressed that the big switch will happen very soon. This bank is so innovative, so full of brilliant ideas and so customer focused. Simply brilliant and leaving other banks standing. Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
