Review of the M&S Bank - Marks and Spencer, Travel Insurance:

8 years without a claim. Treated terribly.

I have been with Mands for my travel insurance since 2017. This year as usual they sent me a renewal quote which was a little higher than last year. I phoned to renew based on this quote, within the week. When I tried to renew, my quote more than doubled without a reasonable explanation. My circumstances and medication etc had not changed. But apparently it is a 'live market'! I was assured a manager would phone me back within 5 days. They didn't. Bye bye M&S! Reviewed on: 27th July 2024
