Purchased travel insurance prior to holidaying in the Med on a cruise. My wife fell ill and we were referred to an American company called Global Travel Claims when we claimed. They disputed the ship's doctors billing. Gl;obal Travel Claims has no UK contact nu,mber. Good to Go insurance advise they are not qualified to deal with our claim and referred us back to Global Claims. Not a great deal of money at stake but we lost out completely. Very unpleasant experience. Who exactly are Good To Go Insurance.? Wouldn't go near them again Reviewed on: 30th July 2024
