I was getting annoyed with your company as they had...

I was getting annoyed with your company as they had failed to answer any of my questions or reply to any of my queries. However this evening I had reason to contact you again re: another query and was expecting poor service. However I was transferred to a live chat with Gabriel G (GG1) and was very pleasantly surprised at how well and efficiently she handled my enquiry. You need more agents like this one. I ended up being re-assured that everything was indeed fine and received the documents I asked to have sent to me. I am far more impressed now as beforehand I did nor rate insurance companies very highly. Reviewed on: 30th July 2024
