No complaints at all just praise

I've only had occasion to call once but the call handler was really good, helpful & Knowledgeable. I had to call cap to just clarify something & once again I was shown courtesy & patience which gave me confidence. Reviewed on: 23rd August 2024

Wouldn't swap, it gives all I need & more.

Always had a good experience for the last 6.5 years. Customer service is one to one, patient & knowledgeable agents. No reason to change. Price has barely increased. Monthly newsletter is really useful too. Reviewed on: 31st July 2024
