I found all staff I spoke to very helpful and considerate. It was easy to phone and speak with an advisor and the system to upload the documents and evidence suited me. It really helped me get evidence together and just get the wheels in motion asap. The final call I spoke with Dan who passed me to Chris and then finally I spoke with Christian. It was a long call explaining my circumstances etc. My DRO was approved which was a great result! Reviewed on: 1st August 2024
