LOWER THAN LAST YEAR?!!!!-YES!

first time ever-my new quote was lower than last year, and better than that-it was better than comparison websites, so i didnt have to call to leave and have the conversation of getting a better quote. THIS WAS A GAMECHANGER! i wish this would happen with all insurance renewals! Reviewed on: 9th August 2025

I think the best customer service...

online chat was brilliant. FP2 was really helpful, and although offered some great deals for me (hire car/breakdown) it wasnt a hard sell. FP2 gave me a great deal on business use- as i have to have that now due to my company changing to off-site meetings! This is why i stay with one-call... great customer service as well as reasonably priced insurance!!! Reviewed on: 1st August 2024
