Changing banks

I moved to Barclays from another bank. Setup online, accounts active the same day, a helpful lady in the local branch setup the move of all my direct debits. She also advised on the reasonable options for my new account, travel and house insurance. Everything has been smooth and painfree with regular updates, texts and messages I feel like a valued customer. A great experience all round Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
