Great , easy to use , very handy when purchasing items , offers a great way to pay back without interest in easy installments , makes you feel you have control over your finances when paying back , it's reassuring and feels like backup if needed definitely helps to make life a lot easier knowing that there is support and easier ways to pay back without any pressure Reviewed on: 2nd June 2024

Very understanding and friendly , quick to sort out any issues if they can't then they will find someone who will , 24 your help line , mobile app is amazing , can keep up to date with everything , the staff in the bank are always friendly and polite and willing to help , I've always had a very positive experience when doing my banking with them Reviewed on: 7th December 2018
