I have had a mixed experience with Admiral Insurance.

I have had a mixed experience with Admiral Insurance. While there are some positive aspects, several inconsistencies and issues have left me feeling frustrated. Customer Service: The representatives at Admiral Insurance have generally been polite and responsive. When I contacted them about financial difficulties, one department was understanding and removed £160 from my payment plan. This gesture was greatly appreciated and helped alleviate some immediate financial stress. However, my experience with their services has been far from seamless. The day after the helpful adjustment, another department added over double amount to my payment plan because of my unemployment status. This sudden and substantial increase was surprising. Later I told them there were also inaccuracies in my policy details. At one point, they recorded that I held my license for 1 year and 7 months. After I corrected this to 1 year and 1 month, they added another £159 to my payment plan. This increase seemed excessive for what should have been a straightforward correction. And later they telling me to arrange another insurance policy if you think admiral is expensive. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
