Good and easy to use - almost too easy to use. The points system is a little bit of a false facade however the 3 months 0% interest is brilliant. Customer service is decent however I do wish it was easier to contact a human. Hate chat box’s & FAQ sites… Reviewed on: 6th June 2026

Your renewal was a bit long winded.

Your renewal was a bit long winded. Had to ring up to get an offer and stuff. You gave a lower quote however would be good to see if I could lower my excess next year as I’ll be 25 & fingers crossed 2 years no claims. Happy with your service so far Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
