Purchased car insurance on line for a new vehicle; b...

Purchased car insurance on line for a new vehicle; but there are a limited choice of Kia Sportage vehicle models available. Made a choice but the incorrect engine rang immediately when the V5 came through but was charged £60 for changing policy . No choice but to pay, no flexibility with the agent. Very dissatisfied with service to date. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
