I was referred to Money Wellness (MW) by another provider after they determined I needed a Debt Relief Order (DRO) but couldn't facilitate it themselves. From the moment I logged into MW's online portal, I knew I was in good hands. The portal provided an incredibly smooth experience, breaking down the process into manageable steps that eased my stress during an already overwhelming time due to my financial situation. Just a couple of days after submitting my documents, I made a follow-up call, and my case was immediately addressed. MW confirmed my eligibility for a DRO and promptly prepared the necessary paperwork. Their communication throughout the process was exemplary, with timely updates via email, text, and phone. In less than two days, my DRO was approved, and my financial situation took a significant turn for the better. If I could give Money Wellness more than five stars, I would.
