Our house was flooded in December 2020.

Our house was flooded in December 2020. The claims adjuster was brilliant. He had someone on site the day after (which was Christmas Eve) to assess damage and what needed to be done. Drying equipment was installed on Boxing day and regular reviews were carried out to rectify the resultant issues. Everything was resolved within 4 months, which was months ahead of many other flooded houses in the area. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
