Always call when it's time to renew!

When my renewal quote came through I thought it was a bit high (I had made no claims) so I shopped around, found a few lower quotes and then telephoned to ask about a reduction. I'm very pleased with the operator who made it her mission to get my quote down, very polite and I felt that she genuinely wanted to help. I have renewed for another year and will definitely call again at renewal time. Reviewed on: 8th August 2024
