Claim sorted completely a very quickly .

Had a claim a few years ago when neighbours Gazebo pole was blown into our caravan. Claim was dealt with completely by claims department to my satisfaction. Reviewed on: 7th October 2024

Claim was accepted and carried out quickly.

Caravan was damaged a couple of years ago by a flying gazebo pole. 3rd party’s insurance refused to pay out because gazebo was left up all night during a storm. NACO had my caravan repaired promptly after my claim. All carried out very professionally. Reviewed on: 11th August 2024
