Impressive

I moved back from Australia and Barclays were the only bank who would accept the ID I had. Not even the bank I had in Australia who have banks in the UK would allow me to open an account. However, I am so glad that my account is with Barclays. I have found all of their staff outstandingly friendly, helpful, and courteous. I also received a courtesy phone call after opening my account and I was very impressed with how nice the man was. I had grown increasingly exasperated with my old bank re the non user-friendly access to online and telephone banking, to the point of it being ridiculous, whereas Barclays, I find, really do take the stress out of accessing my account in my very hectic schedule!
