I was approached via phone call when my policy was due for renewal. They listened to my concerns about cost of living and were able to reduce the price, whilst maintaining a comprehensive policy. I dealt with knowledgeable polite people who were efficient. I was sent relevant documentation in a timely manner. Reviewed on: 12th August 2024
