Long term satisfied customer

I have been with Saffron for many years now , Service at my local branch is always very good with knowledgeable , helpful staff . The rates for savings are also competitive with the E-saver online rate very good for easy access saving . The only thing I would like to see is cash-points at branches or outside . We have been saving with Saffron for over 20 years n...

We have been saving with Saffron for over 20 years now , we have a branch in our town , Brentwood , the staff are always friendly , helpful and professional . The Society has also introduced it's members month which in this year we were lucky enough to get tickets to the excellent Afternoon Tea event at Down Hall and also the a £50 theatre ticket voucher . Add this to good savings rates and good service and you have satisfied customers. Reviewed on: 12th August 2024
