The Saffron manages to make mutuality unappealing.

The Saffron manages to make mutuality unappealing. The organisation seems keen to learn form all of the banks' unpleasant behaviours, to the extent that they destroy any ethical appeal. Poor interest rates, an episode with a questionable CEO, and opaque communications all make the expereince a bit like delaing with Barclays but with a poorer online experience. (that isn't meant to be a compliment if anyone at Saffron reads this) Reviewed on: 13th August 2024
