Good customer service

I called Barclays to get advice on Balance transfers and how it works. The customer service adviser took time to explain in details to me everything I needed to know. I did not feel rushed. She answered all my questions patiently and even went as far as calculating for me what my estimated monthly minimum payment might be. She was very helpful. For the first time in my life I actually understand how balance transfer works. Thanks to the Barclays staff. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
