I would never recommend this company to anyone.

Incredibly slow processing of claim, taking months, causing real anxiety at a very stressful time. Very little contact or updates which meant I had to chase constantly, only getting a response once I had formally complained about the delay. The company rejected my claim on the basis of a condition of which I and my vets were completely unaware. It seems to me they are trying to avoid settling a claim based on a spurious reason so as to avoid having to pay out. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Reviewed on: 14th August 2024
