Friendly, welcoming and very helpful!

I had a complex savings issue to deal with, on behalf of a member of my family with particular needs. Caven was really helpful and understanding. He went the extra mile to find the old account details and resolve the problem to our satisfaction. Other members of the team were friendly and welcoming too. Reviewed on: 19th August 2024
