Excellent customer service.

Excellent customer service. I applied for a DRO which is very embarrassing to tell strangers you’ve got yourself into a financial mess. But the team from money wellness were very empathetic and supported me throughout my journey. It does take a few hours to get everything in order with them, but they guide you through the whole process. Honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better experience when I felt the most vulnerable. Thank you so much for all the help and support your team gave me, I now have a DRO in place and can actually breathe again. Don’t hesitate to contact them if you’re in financial difficulties, they have some fantastic people on the other end of the phone very ready to help you. 5 stars from me. Thank you all so much.
