Brilliant modern banking

Love Monzo. They offer more than mainstream banks. Their staff have been nothing but brilliant and supportive through online chat. Very easy to use and have great features. Reviewed on: 12th April 2021

quick effective hassle free banking

love the chat option on the app without having to wait days for a response like most banks. App based banking is the way forward, being able to see and control my spending with instant notifications of my debit card use also allows for a great security feature so if the is a transaction I didn't authorise I'd know instantly.
