Diabolical customer service

Awful awful insurer to deal with Awful awful insurer to deal with. First they never ever get back to you, despite being told on the phone someone would contact me to discuss claim and complaint. Their excuse when I asked them to investigate was they couldn't locate the call recording so they can't comment/investigate. They really can't be bothered. Just got sent a generic letter that looked like a template someone was suppose to delete/select certain parts that person sending didn't even bother to do. Policies totally misleading, they don't honour hire car option that you pay for on the policy. Complaints process a joke. No confidence in them as an insurer, I went with them as they were supposed to give good customer service, but have to say worst service ever from an insurer, never have had any of these issues with other insurance companies/claims. DO NOT use Admiral, you will regret it if you ever have to make a claim, they really do not care about their customers at all. Reviewed on: 22nd August 2024
