Rudest customer advisors, and bad company overall

My car broke down in the 3rd lane of the motorway so I rang them for help as a i have a policy with them. NONE of the customer advisors had any manners or any clue what was going on, had no sense of urgency or what. It was like they hasn’t been trained at all, just given a phone and told to answer it. Absolutely disgusting, wanting to cancel my policy ASAP. With them even putting the phone down on me whilst telling me to wait, as if they didn’t care. m I would go to another company if you want someone to actually help you when you’ve broken down.
