Changed my (banking) life.

Everything about Starling is pretty much how you expect a bank to be. From instant notification of transactions to saving goals. It’s all so simple but I can honestly say it’s made my life so much easier. No more having to wait 1 week for card payments to come out over Christmas, & then finding out on NYE that I’m over my OD limit. With a recent house move, the savings goals were a life saver. Setting a goal for each budget ensured i covered all expenditure with ease and didn’t dip into the stamp duty money by mistake! Even the telephone support was actually helpful (remarkable as so many call centres cause more stress) so when the house move was completing and I couldn’t get Halifax to perform extra checks when transferring £30k to my solicitor, Starling simply said “leave it with us”. I even get a grey exchange rate when I use the card abroad. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
