Wish I had read the reviews before taking out a policy online. Ridiculous threatening demand email wanting further info after setting up and paying for policy online. Just trying to increase premium tactic. Then charged me £65 cancellation fee + commission + a few days insurance cover at at ridiculous price. Refunded approx 50% of premium after policy in force for a few days and within 14day cooling off period. Complete rip off merchants. No surprise as I see they are part of Adrian Flux.
