Excellent Customer Service

My patrner and I made an appointment at the Newbury branch of Newbury Building Society, We were very happy with the excellent customer service given to us by Hazel Parker, she advised us on a savings acoount for seniors, I also enquired about a Business savings account as we had looked on line and discovered Newbury Building Society paid a better interest rate than the one I currently have, Hazel has very good knowledge about savings products and already had the information for us in hand , my partner and I opened the Senior savings account and I will definately open a Business savings account , Hazel is a huge asset to Newbury Building Society,she was like talking to friend with a very professional persona.
