Excellent customer service

Was unsure if I would be covered as locks are 14 yrs old so receipts as proof of purchase are non existent . Sent an email and got a reply in less than 3 business hours confirming picture of lock and keys would be suitable and sufficient . Fantastic service . Website intuitive and the UI for getting a quote works well too. I’m still waiting for a competitor to respond 3 days later … no YJ for them. Price is competitive and I hope next year it will still be on renewal . Reviewed on: 31st August 2024
