They are very responsive & helpful.

They are very responsive & helpful if and when I have to update medical details. They give precise details of additional costs and timeframes for the changes.they call back if not able to respond immediately when I call. Reviewed on: 11th September 2025

Effective service and Customer support

We have had to add health changes to our policy and this was very straightforward to do with helpful customer service. We have also had to make a claim on our policy due to having to cancel our holiday and these claims were settled quickly without fuss. Reviewed on: 10th July 2025

Very good response when we had to cancel our holiday...

Very good response when we had to cancel our holiday & make a claim - a full refund. I also had to ask if River cruises were included in our cover the following year - a very prompt reply by email confirming this. Reviewed on: 2nd September 2024
