Starling was the best switch I ever made. Not once have I had to call or contact them as everything is right there in the app. I even take my card abroad without a single worry as I already know it won't be a problem. Complexity hidden for a straight forward experience

I had been struggling with RBS for months about how they don't present information instantly or reflect balances properly. The whole "account balance" versus "available balance" joke. I wanted a bank where I had control of every aspect. Did a lot of research and finally settled on Starling. The switch process was amazing and the complicated tech behind how they manage the bank is so clevery hidden behind the super clean and easy interface. I have recommended this bank to my friends and family; I am THAT impressed. Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
