It was hard work sending paper work over as I was to...

It was hard work sending paper work over as I was told different things. I had to cancel my holiday due to cancer treatment. It was poor trying to get my money back. Eventually got it back. After crying in the phone out of frustration. Also just starting treatment didn’t help. Sorry very disappointed with the service. Reviewed on: 3rd September 2024
