Making a claim was extremely easy!!

Making a claim was extremely easy. I kept all my receipts and on return from my trip phoned and my claim was immediately processed over the phone. The money I had spent on medical costs was approved for reimbursement and the money was back in my account within 48 hours. I made an error with my claim and forgot to add another medical expense on, when I phoned back up this was amended immediately without my having to pay another excess. This again was processed and the money was in my bank within a couple of days. Thanks for your service I would 100% use again.
