easily accessible and spoke to a human. Stress free procedure and the process to include medical conditions was managed in a respectful way. Not the cheapest out there but in our opinion the best cover, peace of mind when travelling allowing you to enjoy your experiences without worrying about any aspect of your health concerns whilst away.
