User-Friendly

Barclays banking app is easy to use even with us new in the UK. You can't screenshot anything and that makes me feel more secure in using the app. I was charged wrongly and they were able to get it back for me within 24hrs. They were very accommodating when we inquired if we can use them as a bank for our payroll so we opted to banknwith them instead of hsbc as recommended by our employer.
