Best customer service and current account ever

I have had bad experiences with every bank I have been with except Starling!! I switched my current account and I wish I did it earlier, their layout is easy to use, their different functions, how all my spending is put into different categories so I can keep track of what I’m using. It’s amazing, simple, and easy to use. The customer service is second to none, if I have ever had any questions or issues they are solved instantly within at least 30 mins. They also tell me in advance when there is planned maintenance so I can prepare for it, it’s more than I can say for other banks. I loved it so much I got my wife to bank with them and we only bank with starling. 11/10!! Reviewed on: 8th December 2018
