The best kind of insurance company to have in CRISIS

Last October our rented home was flooded on a Friday evening. We managed to contact SAGIC on Monday morning and they arranged a loss adjuster to visit us a couple of days later. They covered the cost of our damaged possessions without a single quibble. They also insured our home and sent round a surveyor to deal with property renovations which included the whole of the ground floor of our house. We chose to remain in our home throughout the work - which began with drying out, removing all damaged plaster in every room - every room had to be re-plastered from floor to ceiling and all skirting boards and all internal doors replaced. A new kitchen complete with appliances etc. and the ground floor was decorated throughout and floor coverings replaced. Nothing was too much trouble.
